I facilitate groups and organisations to co-create clear, authentic, compelling narratives and powerful stories using a combination of storytelling workshops and creative conversations or interviews.
In times of dynamic change, this helps us make sense of our worlds, whether its clarifying a vision, values or future direction, changing organisational culture or bringing to life a strategy, policy or piece of research.
I ensure voices are heard in an authentic, creative way that informs change and gains new perspectives on leadership, growth and resilience.

I am a member of the Alliance of Independent Authors, I have written for The Guardian, was the writer in residence at the Chartered Institute of Public Finance and Accounting and am the author of two novels.
